Janet Coleman created the Fox Toyota Customer Relations department in 1987, after working as a district manager for a cosmetics company and as a certified credit counselor.

Janet's motto is "Take care of it now - not later."

In 1965, Toyota awarded its FIRST East Tennessee dealer franchise to the Fox Family in Clinton. Year after year, Fox Toyota is East Tennessee's sales, parts, and service leader, with the highest customer service rating of any area dealership. How do we do it? By keeping overhead low, by offering the largest possible selection, and by always putting our customers first.
